We can deliver to any address in the UK or the Republic of Ireland including all of Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Orkney, Shetland and all of Scottish Highlands and Islands. We are currently unable to deliver any item outside of the UK or Republic of Ireland.

We can only offer a two day service to the Republic of Ireland and some parts of Scotland.

We use DPD for standard next day UK deliveries.

Your parcel will be dispatched to arrive with you within 2-3 days *(orders placed after 4pm Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched the next working day).

Your parcel will be dispatched to arrive with you by 7.00pm the next working day* (orders placed after 4pm Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched the next working day).
  • Collection In Store £FREE
Your order will be ready for collection the next working day. (If you require your item earlier please call the shop on 01932 351929 to check availability)

    When Will My Order Arrive?

    We aim to ship orders on the day of purchase, however shipping times can be affected during peak times. Our cut off time for next day delivery is 4.00pm (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

    For standard delivery, you should receive your order within 4 working days.

    Cancellation of Order

    All items purchased from our website can be returned for a refund within 28 working days from receipt of goods.

    In order to return an item to us you will need email us at sales@thepartyshop.co.uk

    Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of contact lenses, costumes, cosmetics, panties, hosiery and wigs where the packaging has been opened, so please make sure you're happy with the product before opening the packaging. If you attempt to return any of these items and they are found to be worn we are not obliged to issue a refund.

    We ask that you care for our goods whilst they're in your possession, and all items returned to us should be in its original packaging. The product must always be suitable for resale, and all items will be inspected by our Returns Team when we receive it.

    If any of the product or its packaging is missing, we aren't obliged to issue a refund.

    You and the carrier you select are fully responsible for the condition of the returned goods until they are received at our warehouse. The cost of return postage is at your expense, and we recommend you use a tracked service and obtain proof of postage.

    The full price of the product will be refunded to you (subject to any deduction we are entitled to make due to your use of or damage to the products).

    Choosing a non-tracked postage service could result in a delay in processing any refunds.

    We do our best to issue refunds within a week of receiving the item back to us, but if this isn't appropriate then we promise to make all refunds within 14 calendar days from receiving the goods back to our warehouse, or if earlier, the day on which you provide evidence that you have returned the goods to us.

    If we receive any returned items outside of the conditions of this policy (for example, you try to return an opened pair of stockings to us) the items will not be refunded. We will provide you with a reason why and if you would like us to post these items back to you, we will ask for £5.99 to cover the cost of a tracked postal service. Our Returns Team will be in touch with you to arrange payment of postage if you choose this option.

    We are not obliged to issue refunds for any returned items which fall outside of the terms laid out in this Returns Policy.

    Your statutory rights are not affected.

    Faulty Goods

    A 30 day product guarantee is included with your purchase beginning on the date you receive your goods. In this time you may return faulty goods for a refund. If you find an item you've received to be faulty, then you should let us know as soon as possible. We will happily issue you a refund, and you should follow the procedure set out below.

    If an item is found to be faulty, it is possible to have your return postage refunded up to the value of £5.99 with a postage receipt. Please contact Customer Services for more information.
